Jason Gieger

Since 1999, Jason Gieger has practiced law in the State of Florida. He obtained both an undergraduate and law degree from Roger Williams University in Bristol, Rhode Island. He also earned an M.B.A. from the University of North Florida and graduate degree from the University of Florida. His legal practice focuses on business law, real estate law, and wills, trusts, & probates, including money and property disputes, and certain criminal defense and personal injury cases. He accepts cases throughout the State of Florida, especially those counties comprising of Northeast Florida.

Jason also previously served as defense counsel for two insurance defense law firms, where he handled cases involving trucking and automobile accidents, as well as premises liability claims. This experience provided him with valuable insight into the defense of personal injury and liability matters, which he brings to his current legal practice. 

Mr. Gieger honorably served in the U.S. Navy from 1990 to 1996. He was stationed aboard the USS La Salle and USS America before completing his final tour of duty at the Naval War College. The proud father of two sons, Jake and Andrew, Mr. Gieger enjoys water sports and golf in his spare time.
